Professional Biography
David completed his medical training at University of Queensland in 1984 and subsequently worked in various regional Queensland hospitals before working as a rural GP and GP-Anaesthetist in Gympie for 15 years. He then commenced Specialist Anaesthetic training, completing this in 2009 and has since worked as a Specialist Anaesthetist in public and private practice on the Sunshine Coast and Gympie. He was a founding member of the Coastal Anaesthesia group when it formed in August 2011.
David has experience and interest in most areas of anaesthesia provided on the Sunshine Coast with particular interest in orthopaedic anaesthesia including nerve blocks and post-operative pain management.
